Designed to help people who deal with others in a work context to examine their own behaviour and to develop skills with regard to their interactions with others. Recognising what is acceptable behaviour in both the work and personal life. To empower the individual to be a more rounded communicator who gets their point across.
Aimed primarily at developing interpersonal skills for managers and specialists who have had little or no formal training in the subject. It is useful for anyone in a position of responsibility or influence where interaction with other people is an important area.
This course assumes no prior training within this subject.
