Managing projects successfully is a key skill for success. This workshop will teach you how to manage each phase of a project to include conceptual, planning, execution and termination.
This workshop is intended for participants who want to understand the conceptual phase of a project’s life cycle, including setting goals, creating a vision statement, and creating the Statement of Work.
This course requires the participant to have no previous knowledge.
