Payments
Public workshop payments must be received with booking. Payments can be made with Credit Card, Debit Card or through PayPal accounts
Cancellation and transfers fees
30 days prior to course No Charge
29-21 days prior to course 25% Charge
20- 8 days prior to course 50% charge
7 days and less 100% Charge
If you wish to transfer a booking to another date later on in the year there will be an administration fee of £25 + VAT and if you subsequently cancel your transferred booking the full fee will be due to Bute Ltd.
Any transfer of this kind must be carried out a minimum of 14 working days prior to the event.
Bute Ltd reserves the right to alter course programmes or cancel any event. All programmes are correct at the time of publication.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via mail, or e-mail.
Bute Ltd reserves the right to cancel any scheduled courses due to low registrations, or for any other reason, without financial obligation. Should that become necessary, Bute Ltd will notify registrants at least one week prior to the start day.
Confirmation of booking
Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation.
Following this you will recieve by email detailed joining instructions of the event and a delegate form to complete.
Course documentation policy
All participants are provided with course notes and handouts to serve as a reference tool for use after the event. They cannot be used for cascade training purposes and/or copied. No handouts can be purchased separately and all the literature is covered by copyright. Reproduction of the handouts is not allowed without express permission.
Data protection
Bute Ltd keeps any personal information you supply for the purpose for which you have provided it. It is not passed to other organisations. Bute Ltd may from time to time wish to give you information regarding other courses, services or products it provides.
