In today’s environment, there is a strong requirement to have a greater understanding of our objectives and deliverables not just as an individual also as part of the team. The diverse range of people we have within our team and the on-going engagement with them requires us to be more flexible, open, honest and trusting in our approach. With increased workloads and demands on our time and the need to perform and deliver, we often neglect our greatest resource and support: the team. And yet, working as a team rather than in isolation will prove to be more beneficial not just for the team and business, also for you.

Building an environment that promotes enhanced team performance, through motivation, honesty, openness and direct discussion, allows us to grow as both individuals and as a team.

This is a fun and thought provoking workshop that challenges current thinking and allows time to explore alternatives.

Consider factors that motivate the team to perform well

Review our own individual responsibilities in team performance

Deliver constructive feedback

Receive constructive criticisms from members of team without feeling angry or hurt

Build and maintain positive working relationships

Recognise some of our strengths and weaknesses

Facilitate discussion around playing to the team's strength

Develop a personal/team action plan to provide enhanced levels of performance
