I was truly pleased with Bute,  the Trainers’  and the manner in which we were trained and most of all the ongoing support received  with the course and the technical  assistance   throughout,  if I were to require any training for myself or staff I would not hesitate to recommend BUTE.    In my working span of  in excess of 30 years  and relating to the numerous Training Courses I have attended and seen,  BUTE definitely rates highly for me,  from beginning to end,  I was totally comfortable with the level of training and when pushed for time  the support I received to complete my tasks. When our Account Manager from Bute said that their workshops were delivered in a way that treated individuals as adults, we did not give it a second thought. That was until our own staff came back and said that the course was excellent, it was great to be treated like an adult and be asked our opinion. Then we thought.... they have a point.

Bute's account manager kept in regular contact with us to ensure that we were assisted all the way with the project and of course to ensure their trainer was happy…. how refreshing. We engaged Bute to design and deliver a Management Development Programme. They did that and more. They took care of all the administration, leaving us to get on with other work. They delivered a nine month development programme that exceeded our expectations, our Managers now have a greater awareness of the legal requirements imposed upon them and the company in their day to day roles. In addition to this, there has been marked improvement in both performance and morale with both the managers and their teams. They provide post programme support that is second to none, our staff have used this and always very satisfied with the response. They allocated a primary trainer to the project, and the trainer built an amazing relationship with our staff. In fact, the trainer continues to deliver additional development programmes. With the success of the Management Development Programme we have engaged Bute for both their Consultancy and Coaching services. Again, to date they have succeeded our expectations.
