Collection one allows you to budget for 14 courses over a period of 12 months, this would equate to approximately 1 development day a month. Collection One (and Collections Two and Three) also gives you the assurance that the administration and evaluation is being taken care of.

Collection Two is about YOU and your staff. As the manager you will receive four telephone Coaching sessions to be taken at a time that suits you. This is your chance to discuss the topics and issues that concern you in a safe environment.

Collection Two also includes 46 development days that equates to 3.5 days training days per month over 12 months.

Collection Three is again about You and your staff. As the Manager you will receive four face to face coaching sessions that will give you a chance to talk about you and your issues or concerns in a safe environment.

Collection Three includes 82 development days a year and this equates to just over 6 days a month based over 12 months. With this collection you will receive support on the design of the courses ensuring that the courses delivered are exactly what the individual and business require.

Collection Four

The Starter Pack

• 1 x Learning Needs Analysis Day
• 1 x Development programme (includes report, Training Plan, Schedule and Budget Spend)
• 1x Evaluation Day
• Report (Training Plan, Schedule and Budget Spend)

Collection Four allows you step back and make decisions on where your training budget should be spent based on results of the Learning Needs Analysis Day. Once this has been achieved, you will then (in Consultation with Bute Ltd) receive a report that will outline the Training Plan, Scheduling of the Development Courses and the cost of the development options.

Following the delivery of the Development days, you will then receive a day’s consultation exploring the results of the development and the benefits. This will be confirmed in a report.

The Business Collection offers more than just training. Collections One, Two and Three have the following included within the cost:

• Course Administration. Calendar Invite, Joining Instructions, Course Reminders, After Course Support.
• Course Delivery All participants will receive their own colour manual, CD with practice and students files (where appropriate) and Course Certificate.
• Course Evaluation Report Reports presented on course ratings to include any additional written feedback received.
• On-going Account Management Support You will receive ongoing telephone and face to face support from Bute allowing you to discuss the progress of your development courses and make any necessary adjustments.
• Laptop Hire Laptop hire charges are included in the packages for up to eight people per day.

All collections are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
