It will show you how to add fun and games to your program and be familiar with delivery methods. This one day course will help you become the type of trainer that people really learn from.

**At the completion of this course participants will be able to: ** Deliver a course considering the participants and their training needs, including the different learning styles and adult learning principles. Develop a training session, using appropriate training aids and techniques. Build on presentation tips that can assist a new or seasoned trainer in delivering captivating and effective training. Explore methods of asking questions and providing answers and how to acknowledge the contributors properly. Create an Action Plan on how they may take back their new found skills back into the workplace.
