Learning how to supervise new employees on a trial and error basis can lead to discouragement. This three-day workshop will help you to overcome many of the problems a new supervisor may encounter and empower Supervisors to manage themselves and their teams in a productive manner, giving them a series of tools to ensure that they get the best from their role and their teams.

A supervisor is first and foremost an overseer whose main responsibility is to ensure that a group of subordinates get out the assigned amount of production, when they are supposed to do it and within acceptable levels of quality, costs and safety.
